The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of New York for any disputes not resolved by arbitration.

Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Site.
